Our Accounts & Finance department allows us to effectively manage our financial operations. ERP systems enable us to manage our receivables and payables on a timely basis. Qureshi Group has an excellent reputation for making payments on time as we believe it is the best way to maintain good relations with our partner companies and stakeholders. Our employees are always paid their salaries on time as well, which helps boost morale in the organization.

Qureshi Group believes in sustainable growth of its employees and staff. Employees are given competitive salaries with other attractive incentives to motivate and maximize efficiency. To ensure a high standard of service and performance, regular trainings and workshops are conducted within the organization, and additionally, Qureshi Group also sponsors its employees’ participation in external trainings and workshops within and outside Pakistan. We use Salon Genius software in our salons, which is highly customizable and fulfils all the requirements of business operations, especially customer service, staff performance data, financials, etc.

Our Logistics Partner is OCS (Pvt.) Ltd. OCS is a highly reputed logistics company known for its reliability and speedy service. The company delivers to nearly 240 countries, currently delivering 70 million international business packages each year. Its online shipment tracking service gives Qureshi Group the advantage of giving superior customer service and timely dispatching of the order.

Our strategic marketing department continuously works hard to create opportunities to increase Qureshi Group’s market share and revenue. We have our own in-house Marketing PR department actively working on digital and social media marketing, ATL & BTL activities, blogging, content writing and content creation, public relations and direct marketing. Qureshi Group believes in effective return on marketing investment, which allows us to work with sizeable budgets.

Qureshi Group has a dedicated sales team that works very actively to meet its sales targets. We have a region-based sales team which also provides value-added customer service. The sales team’s performance is evaluated through KPls and sales targets.

Qureshi Group’s effective supply chain management enables it to make deliveries of orders on time. We are using an ERP system which allows us to meet our demand and supply targets. Qureshi Group has two warehouses; one in Karachi and the other in Lahore. We provide doorstep deliveries nationwide and have a vast storage facility to keep buffer stock. Advanced MIS for effective inventory management is also employed to maximize efficiency.
